Refund Policy
In case there is any genuine problem after recieving the product, you are required to inform us within 3 days of recieving the product. You will need to send us a Photo and Video explaining the problem. In case we deem that it is a genuine case, we will ask you to return the product to us. On receipt of the product, we will either send you a new product or refund your entire amount as per your wish.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
